Paid orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the day of the week and the country we ship to. Customers in the United States should get their orders within 7-10 business days. For all other countries, please allow 7-14 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.

If payments were send on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please expect longer processing time due to the Paypal maintenance and the office closedown on the weekends.

RETURN POLICY: Only defective items will be accepted for exchange. Please also NOTE that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we send you a defective item, we will send you a replacement if it is still in stock, otherwise we will send you a full refund.
